I began this card by die cutting the A2 card base and patterned paper using Sizzix Greetings Scalloped Edge Drop Ins.

I then die cut the Hot Air Balloon from patterned paper, Strawberry and Powdered Sugar and popped it up with Adhesive Foam. 

I cut two dotted rectangles and stamped Happy Birthday on one of them. Next, I cut the word MOM from the Newport Uppercase dies and adhered to the other rectangle. 

Tip – I highly recommend adding an Adhesive Sheet to your paper before cutting. It makes gluing these letters together so quick and easy!! 

For a finishing touch, I added three small cream colored pearls to the basket.
