I was definitely inspired by Stephanie’s card. I decided to make the Shaker- Emboss Resist card. I began by die cutting the five rings in the appropriate colors from the Stitched Circle Frame. Then I cut slits in the circles to weave them together.

I decided to cut one circle only for the shaker. I added Pretty Pink Posh sequins in red, white and blue. 

Next, I stamped and colored two critters from the retired Forest Friends sets and die cut them. They are so stinking cute and they fit perfectly in the small circle frame. 

The last step was to add the resist component. I decided to die cut a frame from a Blueprints set and emboss it with “May the Forest be with you.” I thought that was cute for this card. The sentiment was embossed with puffy white powder. I inked the sentiment with distress red and blue ink and kept the middle white. It is hard to see the white part in the picture but you can see it better in person!
