Hi there!
Here is the first one:
I had a piece of leftover cloud paper from The Stamps of Life that I just couldn’t throw away so I cut a frame out of what was remaining.
I decided to add some clouds using a cloud stencil from My Favorite Things. I used white pigment ink for this.
The mailbox was stamped on watercolor paper, colored in and die cut. I created the envelopes the same way. I like to make my envelopes look like they are falling out of the mailbox.
A little bird was added on top of the mailbox and some grass pieces at the bottom finished it off!
Here is the second card:
I started by cutting the mailbox out of patterned paper instead of coloring it. I paper pieced the box together and added it to a Candy card stock base.
Again, I wanted some movement with my letters so they are falling to the ground in a sea of hearts this time! I added a few watercolored letters.
The bird was added next as well as the purple seam binding.
Lastly, I added the large Hello epoxy sticker.
