Hi there!
Quick post today featuring the card I created for the PTI January 2018 Blog Hop.
The inspiration photo made me reach for sequins and Square Shaker Shapes.
I decided to make my own stencil as the background was a little plain. You can see the steps below:
I used heavyweight card stock to cut out my stencil and sponged with Tempting Turquoise ink:
Supplies used:
Square Shaker Shape Dies
Wish Big Die
Gold Paper
White and Hawaiian Shores Card stock
Hawaiian Shores Bitty Big paper
Double Sided Foam
Acetate sheet
Sequins
Tempting Turquoise ink *stampin’ Up!
Thanks for stopping by today!
I am participating in SSS Wednesday Simon Says Layer challenge.
Now that is what I call a colorful and festive looking card! Love your background, all those sequins and the touch of gold!
This is great! Thanks for the "how to" pics, too!
The stenciling really does add a lot to the overall design, Katherine. It’s a fun and festive shaker sure to put a smile on the recipient’s face.
Gorgeous shaker card! It's so pretty & your stencil work looks fabulous.
Thanks for joining us at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge
