Christmas Critters card with Papertrey ink

Hello!

Just wanted to share a card I made to play along with Create Along with Us July.

Here is the card that caught my eye from Release Day 1 by Nichole:

I really love this new bird that she used in silhouette just by using ink and then stamping the sentiments!

I instantly thought of Christmas Critters to be the silhouette on my panel. I just love this set so much so I decided it would be Christmas in July!

I die cut the two mice with full sticky post it notes to create my masks. Then I sponged the back ground using Green Gumball from Stampin’ Up.

Next I stamped the sentiments from the accompanying set all over and after letting it dry well I used a mix and mat to cut it out.

Before adding it to Pure Poppy, I embossed it using my Quatrefoil Cover Plate to add some interest.

Four holly leaves and berries were added the corners and a gold ribbon was added last.

Thanks for stopping by!
