Have a Succulent Birthday with The Stamps of Life

Hello!

I wanted to share a card I created using The Stamps of Life Succulents2stamp and die set.

This was a club set a little while ago and it has become a favorite. I have always liked succulent themed items and now they are so popular!

I began by adding Sizzix adhesive to several pieces of green card stock from The Stamps of Life.

Then I started die cutting several of the shapes in each color. This gave me a nice selection of succulents whenever I needed them.

After this, I die cut a piece of artichoke card stock using Sizzix Flip-Its Large Circle die set. I used patterned paper to create the top layer and glued them down.

I cut out a flower pot in rust colored paper and stamped the image with brown ink. Before gluing down I added a piece of Gingersnap twine.

A large cactus was added to the pot and adhered to the front circle.

The sentiment was stamped on the back in SU Old Olive ink.

Finally, I added die cut succulents all over. They are so cute!

This is the front of the card:

Here is the card when it is “flipped” open!

Thank you so much for stopping by!
I am entering this card in the WAW Challenge 278-279 Anything Goes
