I wanted to share a card I made using the Sizzix Half Card Panels Die set and TSOL Happy Birthday Circle Dies.

I placed the heart half panel on a piece of yellow card stock and ran it through my Big Shot machine. This “dropped in” the image.

Behind that panel I cut a piece of red foil card stock from a DCWV paper stack. You can see the shine in this picture:

The balloon paper was glued on and a strip of green striped paper was added beside the balloons.

A white and blue circle were cut next using the Happy Birthday circle dies. On the white circle I stamped a random pattern using a tiny stamp that came in another TSOL card club kit.

The red circle was cut from the same DCWV foil paper and added to the white and blue shapes.
