Sheep2stamp featuring The Stamps of Life

Hello!

Just stopping by to share a card I made featuring the newest Stamps of Life Club set, Sheep2Stamp and coordinating dies.

I had a piece of patterned paper on my desk that has clouds and I decided to make a pasture for my sheep.

This is one of those cards where things didn’t go quite as planned! Haha!

I decided to stamp the sentiment, “I miss ewe,” in one of the clouds because it fit perfectly. However, I stamped it in the wrong cloud! I then cut my paper too small so I ended up piecing it back together, hence the white ribbon to cover the seam.

After stamping the large sheep in black ink I put down a layer of white Liquid appliqué and let it dry for a while. I added heat to it and it puffed up to look like fur.

Here is where another problem arose, I didn’t die cut the sheep BEFORE I added the appliqué. I knew the die would most like ruin my sheep so I decided to fussy cut around.

I added my pieced patterned paper to blue paper and die cut a fence from another TSOL die set, Fences, Crows, Bats and Moons.

It was mounted on Gingersnap card stock and a few epoxy accents were added. I can’t wait to make more cards with this adorable set.

Thanks for stopping by!!
