Hello!

It has been a good week but long. My little one currently has the flu so we are dealing with that. She started medicine right away and it seems to be helping.

Today I have a card I created using owls. I saw a card recently using My Favorite Things I’m Owl Yours Stamp set and I decided to use that for inspiration.

I began by stamping 3 owls on top of each other. I used a larger one for the base and added two smaller ones on top.

I love owls!!! I had a “pet” owl as a child, Charlie. He would eat turkey necks on our back porch and hoot at us. He was majestic!!

I did some watercoloring with pinks and blues and a little orange on their noses. I trimmed down the piece of paper and die cut 3 clouds. Around the clouds I added some pink watercolor and adhered that to a piece of pink patterned paper.

Both pieces were added to an Ocean card stock base and finally I added clear sequins all around.

The bottom owl is holding the cute sentiment created from a banner die.
