I don’t have any Papertreyink pumpkin stamps so I had to get creative for this week’s Papertrey Ink Make it Monday #262 Pumpkins 3 different Ways.
You can see Ashley’s blog HERE.
After rooting around in my craft stash, the stamp set Brushed Off caught my attention.
I decided to try and turn the round shapes into pumpkins by stamping the image twice, once at the top and once on the bottom.
It worked out pretty well. It is definitely is a distressed pumpkin so I used Spiced Marmalade distress ink. I hand drew the stem with an olive colored marker and added tendrils to give them a little personality.
I embossed a piece of light colored card stock and added antique linen distress ink to it.
I mounted it all on olive card stock and tied on some twine.
A few brown sequins finished it off.
It turned out to be fun challenge for me.
Today is World card Making day so try to make a card if you can!
