Hello there!

I found some time to stamp today and I wanted to use my most recent Stamps of Life Card Kit to create a card.

I really love card kits because they come ready for me to get crafting. Sometimes I can be super creative but lately I have needed some inspiration!

Stephanie’s kit has everything you need – a stamp set, a die, a paper pad, embellishments, cardstock and even envelopes. If you are thinking about a kit, stop by and check hers out. Her videos are so fun, too.

One of the patterned papers in the kit this month was perfect for coloring. I used 3 blue inks and blended them all over. I added silver and white wink of Stella on random stars. Using blue cardstock I  cut a sunburst and stamped the hello using my MISTI.

The kit included the cork banners and I stamped “thinking of you” from the Tinytitles2stamp set. This has become a well used set in my collection. There are so many great sentiments for small spaces.
I stamped “my friend” at the bottom.

I added some thick blue twine and mounted it to gray cardstock. I finished by popping up the sunburst.

I can’t wait to make another card from this kit.
