Hello!
This is a fun day when Papertreyink has their monthly Blog hop that allows their customers to show their work. They always provide us with such great inspiration!
You can see the inspiration picture at Papertrey April Blog Hop.
I began by die cutting a bunch of circles from vellum. I colored the circles with copic markers and laid out a pattern based on the picture. I altered two circles, the large ones at the top and the bottom. I embossed it to give a little texture.
I used Many Thanks from Tag its #6 and stamped a circle with black archival ink.
I attached and trimmed the circles as needed. The card was made from a cream colored speckled cardstock.
Thank you for stopping by! I hope you have a fantastic day!!
Oh, this is so fun! Great take on the inspiration piece!

What a darling card. Fabulous take on the inspiration photo.
Hello and thank you for the SWEET comment on my blog! The technique is easy peasy!! If this does not make sense let me know and I will try again.
First you stamp whatever you want on your card face. Next you lay out the die where you want it. Let's say you are going to use a word like I did – I used the word Faith. Then you cut that out and SET IT ASIDE. Next cut a couple more of your word dies from cs or foam, like I did, for my card – then you glue the cut out die into the negative space where your first word die was cut from your card face. If you cut a few layers of cs then just glue them on top of each other – if you use foam you only need the one layer of foam. : ) Finally you glue the first word die you cut out on the very top. It is cool because – like you saw in my card – it just makes it look like your die is raising up from the card face : )
I hope I didn't make it sound hard because it is real easy! Like I said if I was not clear let me try again. I might even be able to find a uTube video of this technique for you if you like.
