Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Anything Goes

Happy Saturday! We are having a glorious sunny day in GA. Spring is around the corner!

This week I have been working with felt and a Simon Says stamp Plush Easter egg die set.  I cut out several egg shapes from different wool felt colors I bought from My Favorite Things years ago.
Jennifer McGuire introduced me to this newest stitched plush Egg die from SSS.
Last Christmas I made several stockings using a Memory Box plush die and I am really enjoying stitching again. I hope they continue to make these dies in various shapes.

I cut 2 pieces of the egg from one color as I think it makes it a little more sturdy. I used some green for the grass and in this die set it includes 3 shapes of a tulip flower, a button and a flower. I stitched a couple on each egg.

Here is a picture of some of the completed eggs. They are so cute and are so much fun to make.

I plan to make at least 20 for our Meals on Wheels program and our 4th & 5th grade Sunday school class will write a note and put it in the egg for Easter.

This is for the Simon Says Stamp Blog Wednesday Challenge : Anything Goes.

Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day!
