Papertrey Ink January Blog Hop

Happy Monday everyone!

For once in my life, I knew exactly what I wanted to make when I saw the inspiration picture for the Papertreyink January Blog Hop.

I started with heavyweight black cardstock and mixed a drop of Mermaid Lagoon reinker from the Tim Holtz distress line with texture paste. I used a stencil to create the circles. I used the Papertreyink Stamp a faire dies from the 1960s set and die cut several shapes in orange. I stamped the orange pieces in versamark with the cross hatch background stamp from that kit. After attaching a few of the shapes to different cardstock (including a birch piece from MME) I popped all the pieces up using dimensionals.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a fantastic day.
